They came out quickly, were very knowledgeable and attentive, and did an excellent job with my air duct system. They went above and beyond to fit me into the schedule as soon as possible after another company was unable to complete the ductwork service after disconnecting part of the dryer duct. The owner was very kind, the technician was friendly and professional, and the air duct cleaning work was done thoroughly at a fair price. Great service overall, and my ventilation system is working much better now.
David was excellent. He clearly explained each step of the air duct and vent cleaning process and also took time to explain why regular duct cleaning matters for indoor air quality, airflow, and keeping dust buildup down. Mark's Home Services was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The crew was very prompt, efficient, and thorough with the whole air duct cleaning process. They cleaned out over 30 years of dust and debris buildup from the overhead and sub-slab ductwork for this project. The before and after photos clearly showed how much the vents and duct system improved. brandon and david explained the work well, and the service felt professional from start to finish. very happy with the results and the cleaner indoor air.
