Horrible customer service. Called four times to schedule an appointment to look at our central AC. I was told that he would see if he could fit us in and call back. . Still haven't heard back. Very rude when I did talk to him on the phone. We took our business elsewhere.
Have had mark for years. Always superior service reasonable prices. Professional and friendly. Highly recommended.
If I could give these guys 10 stars I would !! Professional, courteous, on time really knew their trade and very fairly priced. They were able to repair my furnace the same day. I would and will recommend them to everyone for all their hvac needs. Superb experience all the way !!
We called in March because our heater was making noise. Mark came out & said it might be a fan blade was offset, checked that & then said there was a crack in something, but it had a lifetime warranty, so he'd order the part & replace it for us. We thought this was great. It is now October & we are STILL waiting for Mark to replace the part for us. Never a bad experience dealing with these folks, he came out on a day off to fix our heater when my wife called. Very happy with the work and prices.
