Horrible company they do not stand by there warranty’s
Very experienced, knowledgeable, and determined who was quick to respond when I was in need of my AC fixed. TJ with MARKS HEATING AND AIR was professional and we appreciate him calling to make sure unit was still running. He did have to come back a couple of times at no fault of his own.
Do not use Mark's Heating and Air for anything!! We have a 3 1/2 year old unit that we paid for a 7 year extended warranty on. It went out the first time in April, again in May and now has gone out again. The absurdly rude women that answers the phone said they don't care because our previous freon bill is not paid. Well, it's not paid because of a faulty condenser which caused the leak in the first place! Obviously they don't stand by the warranty because they have no idea how to fix them!! Mark’s crew came out and did an amazing job. Lou did an amazing job working with precision and care. Applying a lot of time and effort to make sure the job was done right. Would recommend Mark’s to anyone needing to replace HVAC. They did it promptly and made sure we were satisfied with the job. Taking time to explain and educate through the process. I would recommend them to anyone that wants affordable and quality work done!
Let me tell you about these amazing folks. Nobody WANTS to make a call for service on anything in their home, especially in the event of an emergency. Nobody wants to play games and call around to various companies and individuals hoping that SOMEONE will answer, and IF they answer, that they'll actually show up. That's why I love Mark's.
