This company Installed a heating and cooling unit for us five years ago the unit has stopped Working. When I called I talked with a gentleman that told me several times that he was sending someone out to repair the unit. I took two days off from work to meet that person only to find out that they had no intentions of sending anyone to repair the unit. After calling several times, they stop receiving my calls and my Text messages. Be cautious using this company. They are not honest.

These people charged my 80 year old uncle $365 to put a $30 thermostat on the wall. Absolutely ridiculous, would not recommend them to anyone, ever.
Call for service was answered promptly and courteously. Service Tech Matt was friendly, fast, efficient and fairly priced. Don’t waste your time and money with anyone else, if you want it done right call Mark’s.
