We had Mark's put in a new heater and AC unit 4 years ago when we bought the house. During these past 4 years I have had them out twice a year for maintenance. Also during the 4 years i have had a leak in the laundry room and bathroom that we just couldn't find! Finally, I called my contractor and told him to do whatever it took but find the problem. I called Marks to get my air conditioning repaired. the capacitor was out and a technician came out and said he had changed it out. He came in and turned on the system and left. I had to go run errands and returned home a couple of hours later to a hot house. I tried to call their after hours number and no one answers. I went out and looked at the air conditioner to see if the capacitor had maybe blown again and found the old capacitor sitting on the outside system and there was no new capacitor in the place where it goes. One reason I liked this company from the start is that they offered to diagnose the problem FREE of charge! Another company I called wanted to charge $75 to diagnose the problem and they said the $75 did NOT go toward the repair?!! So, I searched for other companies who repaired heating/air conditioning and that is how I came across Marks. I called Marks yesterday after hours and was able to get a technician on the phone.
