Purchased a new HVAC system last May. Thought everything was great but kept having to contact Mark because the AC wasn't cooling properly. There was a leak from a bad weld by one of his employees that Mark knew about for over 9 months, didn't fix and didn't tell us about. When we called about the AC not cooling right during these 9 months he'd come out, add more refrigerant and say it's normal for new systems. I recently moved to Muskogee & purchased a home that needed AC installed. This business was recommended to me. I was satisfied w the work, however upon them leaving, they ran over our family dog of 16yrs and killed it and our toddler kids seen it. When my husband contacted them to make them aware of what they did, they seemed to of found humor in it. These guys didn’t offer no apology to myself nor our kids or family! Our AC wasn't cooling our house. I checked the things I knew and ended up calling around for service. The places I called either didn't answer or wanted a pretty large fee just to show up. Based on distance I finally called Mark's Heating and Air. First thing I like is he answered the phone, secondly, he listened to what I said was happening and third, when I asked how much to come out, he told me the diagnoses was free and was kind of like a down payment on my future business.
