Found Mark to be knowledgeable and capable. Was able to get my Pickup in promptly and work was completed efficiently. Cost was very reasonable, and itemized bill explained cost for parts and labor. Mark made us feel at ease and confident with his skill.
Love the fact that I can take my truck to Mark and never have to worry about being misled or having false upsells forced on me. My truck is always fixed on time, the first time. Gotta love that fact that he has GM factory training behind him as well.
