I love this place! Mark is friendly and goes out his way to help you. Taken my car there everytime it has needed work and he fixes it up no problem.
The people here are just simply bad and a bunch of liars. I brought my car at 8AM in on a wednesday and Mark said he would look at it and call me back within two hours. I call at 5 PM and he says oh the car is being pulled in. Fast forward to Friday, the guy said work is being done on car. Then Monday rolls around and he apologizes for not even opening up my car. Wednesday comes and we brought our car back after an entire week of nothing being done on it. THESE GUYS WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE. Instead take your car somewhere else... read more
My gf and I heard of mark through a friend(stupid for listening) we spent 500$ for him to fix leaky gaskets,thermal sensor,etc cause we were told those were causes of loss of power. Get our car back. Problem still occurring. Go to autozone and ask a tech what the problem might be and he points out the air filter. Wa-la. A 20$ fix I was charged 500$ for. Scan less. Oh and our car is there yet again cause I believe in honest mistakes...its been 4 days and he still has my car and all is needed is the mass air flow sensor. Don't... read more
Mark fixed my a/c (whole new compressor etc) and a year and a half later there was a hole in my compressor.(I also took it back a few times in the mean time to "fix leaks" He did nothing to try to get any amount back from where the warranty was issued, he refused to give me any credit even though i just had it done there. When i asked him why did the a/c compressor go out a year and a half after he put a new one in, he responded "because Honda's are a piece of crap".
