Called with an electrical emergency, and they got me scheduled the same day in Cincinnati. malachi and cameron were very professional, found the wiring issue fast, and fixed it safely and quickly. While they were here, they also took care of another small outlet problem for me, which was really helpful. With no sales pressure, they also explained what my electrical panel may need down the road, so i could plan ahead. Great service, clear communication, and a smooth experience overall.

I called Mark's Finest Electric because my dryer cord would not fit the existing 3-prong outlet, and I wanted to make sure the laundry room receptacle was updated to code. Cameron explained the issue in simple terms, checked the wiring, and replaced the old receptacle with a proper 4-prong outlet so the dryer could run safely and correctly. I had an electrician from Mark's Finest Electric come to my home to fix a power issue. Half of the house had no electricity, and they clearly explained the $200 diagnostic fee upfront, which I appreciated. Malachi found the problem in about 20 minutes and also offered to inspect the electrical panel for loose connections at no extra cost. My upstairs cooling stopped working, so i called Mark's Finest Electric for help with the hvac wiring and power issue. cameron and the crew came out quickly, checked the air handler, thermostat connections, breaker panel, and the outdoor condenser unit, and got right to work.
