Quick and efficient service. Very kind and professional customer service. We hardly recommend them.
I bought a Dishwasher from this company via Amazon. Product seems fine but they are very reluctant to provide proof of purchase ie. an invoice. The item was for a house we are selling and the client wants a receipt to validate the warrenty. With most companies on Amazon an invoice is provided as a matter of course, but not with Marks? Very suspicious I would suggest.
I have used Marks several times over the last 10 years both personally and for my business. Both Dean and Matthew are always helpful and carry out work to a very high standard. Thoroughly recommend!
Outstanding workmanship, really polite, very trustworthy. I have used them for numerous jobs and would continue to do so in the future. Replaced some sockets and installed a new one as well as fixing light fitting in a bedroom. Was able to fit us in relatively quickly so we could get decoration completed. Highly recommend.
Matthew arrived promptly, diagnosed a burnt-out ventilation fan, then sourced and fitted a suitable replacement. Job done as required.
