This man bragged more about himself and the carpets were not dry within an hour it took like 10 to 12 hours because he does not suck up the water so that goes down into the pad and can turn into mildew. It smelled like vinegar and he wasn't sucking any water out and he did not move any furniture and I was scrubbing the carpet after because the spots were still there I would not recommend them
