I stopped at Mark's Dent Repair recently to inquire about if he could repair a small dent in my rear bumper. Wow, what an ignorant and rude answer I received, it seems he is only interested in hail damage jobs and brushed me off. I will never use his business in the future and he really should look into attending customer service classes. Maybe he didn't know how and that is fine , be honest and explain why he refused to even inspect if it was possible. Would not recommend his business.

He took care of everything with the insurance company, making the process so smooth.
