They paid my deductible but never finished the rest of the repairs lead me on about waiting for parts and now not able to get in contact. They are a total scam. Mark and his ConMan friend, Sam Mitchell, which is probably a fake name, rip people off if you come across them call the authorities. It’s been since 11-28-22

The owners of this shop will out right scam you. They don’t do any of their own work and they subcontract all of their work out. I had trusted them with my c7 corvette and my car had just sat there for almost a month because the subcontractor who they were going to send it to was busy. The worst of it all is that they were refusing to correctly repair my car the way the insurance had paid them to and tried to claim it was from a previous accident. They helped me out a lot repairing my 2020 Toyota Tacoma, they worked with my insurance and paid the deductible with the promotion they had. Paper work was fast and easy, no BS, no reading between lines or anything else. Kept me updated on repairs and very responsive with questions. Thank you so much again. Love having my truck back again
My 2022 Toyota Supra 3.0 Premium was involved in a hit and run, i reached out to marks customs because it was not drivable and they offered me free pickup, long story story short, my car was delivered looking like new, and driving like new again! Marks Customs did a great job I can’t even tell it was damaged. They replaced the driver fender, headlight, bumper, hood, plastics, and a bunch of inside damage that was hidden and the reason my car would make weird noises and not drive straight.
