My experience with Mark's Cooler Services LLC was extremely disappointing. The individual I dealt with was very unfriendly, grouchy, and showed absolutely zero communication skills. After I reached out for help, and then called back, I was actually called a 'freaking nut job.' Please save your money and avoid doing business here, because the level of service is non-existent
I can't say enough good things about Mark's Cooler Services LLC in Vail, AZ! Their service is truly exceptional. It's clear they always work to provide the best, and I really appreciate the kind words and excellent service I received
