This is my go to for car repairs. Everyone is nothing but nice and they don’t try to sell you on things your car doesn’t need. I’ve gone to 2 other places in town and was disgusted by how they tried to tell me my car needed a bunch of stuff. I’ve never felt that way here and have had several things fixed on my car over the years. Fairly priced. Could not say nicer things.
I felt obligated to share my experience so that other women are not preyed upon by a dishonest mechanic. I went to Mark for an inspection sticker because he came highly recommended. Unfortunately he tried to scam me. The airbag light was on and he told me "the airbag light is $1200". I laughed and said I wouldn't be making an appointment to have it fixed. I'm glad I went somewhere else because they ran an actual diagnostic test, which Mark did not, and the fix was under $400 due to a mere faulty wire. He literally pulled the... read more
Mark is the most trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanic in the area. Period. His service is amazing. 10 stars I have BMW's and Mark is the only mechanic i trust to work on them.
