Today I had Maintenance scheduled for my furnace, A/C and hot water heater. The Tech was Mark and I was very satisfied with his demeanour and knowledge. He informed me my hot water heater was 16 years old and since it was in close proximity to my furnace I should consider getting a quote to replace. I was thankful for his suggestion as I had no idea of the age of the heater. I have scheduled to have it replaced before problems arise…. Thanks Mark
Noticed our AC was struggling to keep the house cool in the tail end of the summer of 2024. It was cool enough outside that we shut it off for the rest season.
