Today I had Maintenance scheduled for my furnace, A/C and hot water heater. The Tech was Mark and I was very satisfied with his demeanour and knowledge. He informed me my hot water heater was 16 years old and since it was in close proximity to my furnace I should consider getting a quote to replace. I was thankful for his suggestion as I had no idea of the age of the heater. I have scheduled to have it replaced before problems arise…. Thanks Mark
Noticed our AC was struggling to keep the house cool in the tail end of the summer of 2024. It was cool enough outside that we shut it off for the rest season. I have used Mark's Comfort Tech multiple times; to install a new gas fireplace, for a/c inspection and repair and furnace repair. They are one of the only companies I trust to do only the necessary repairs and never overcharge. Any of the employees that have worked in my home are knowledgeable and are happy to answer any questions. I highly recommend!!
I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Marks Comfort Tech. When my old furnace died, they came right away with an excellent quote and extremely fast service. Also used them to install central air, which was also very fast and affordable. Now I had an issue with my AC (turned out to be my own fault) and they came and fixed it again right away. Can’t say enough good things about this company!
