Superior body work. Great turn-around time on getting a collision repair estimate. From speaking with the adjuster, it seemed like Mark has good rapport with the insurance companies. Work came in at estimate, was completed in timely fashion. Nice guy, too. I highly recommend this shop.
I cannot say enough great things about Mark's Collision Repair! I was in an accident and Mark truly made the repair process seamless. He communicated well with both my Dad and I and made sure I was happy with the results when I picked my car up. He also made sure he had all of the correct parts and took his time to make sure the job was done correctly. Well I will start with if I could give no stars that's what he would of got.Never answered the phone.couldnt even put my car under car port?and charged me a storage fee when it was not even there that damn long. SO UNPROFESSIONAL
Takes on way too many jobs. Adds hidden “storage” fees. Doesn’t respond to adjusters attempt to complete inspector. I had a hole in my windshield and refused to put the car under a carport or cover it for protection. Said he is the only employee, and can’t answer the phone and work on others cars at the same time. Go to the professionals please!
