They fixed the front of my vehicle. When I picked it up there were deep scratches that caused a slight dent in the drivers side door. The scratches look like a star bit. Francisco at the counter told me he’d review the tapes and get back with me. At first he told me “by noon tomorrow”. Several days went by and hadn’t heard from him. Their work on my vehicle was acceptable. My concern is two fold. First, they rarely answer their phone. And they do not return calls. The "owner" (according to the staff) is difficult to work with and doesn't care about customer service. My second concern is how long the repairs took! 6 weeks +. Any little communication during that time. Overall, I would recommend selecting another body shot for your repairs.
