2 days ago, I went by there to get an estimate for having my bumper repainted where I had made a mess of trying to cover up a scratch by using my touch of paint. Chad came out and looked at it, went inside and came out with a wet towel and gently wiped the area and all of the touch up paint (my mess) came right off. Thank you for being helpful and not only offer repainting the whole bumper and taking advantage of me being female and not knowing. I will definitely use them in the future. I took my car in for an estimate. I talked with Chad and asked that he get as close to the insurance adjusters estimate as possible. He told me he could get within $200 dollars. The amount out of pocket was exactly as he said. No surprise costs or overages. They did an excellent job and the car was ready when they said it would be. I would recommend Mark's Body Shop to anyone wanting quality workmanship and great customer service
Trustworthy Mark's has been in town for years and they do great work! I got in an accident and needed to leave town in just a couple days but they got everything they needed and fixed my car just in time for me to leave! Very honest and trustworthy!
