I was blown away by this man, Mark. He's the boss, owner, and main mechanic. He has a very strong presence and immense confidence in what he does. The man is an expert. He is very approachable and outgoing don't get me wrong!! But he has a firmness about him that I deeply respect!! Anyways, I needed a TON of work done on my e bike because I was bringing it in so they can do a full tune up (I put like 600 miles on it in like 2 months, it's my main commuter) I also needed to true the wheels and flush the rear hydraulic brake. ... read more
