Excellent people and place. Takes care of you immediately if they can.
Great service, I brought my trek bike as it had issues with gears shifting by itself while riding. I brought the bike in for a tune up and re-taping of the handle bars and the bike was ready for pickup a few hours later, I'd recommend coming here! They also made an improvement to the back brakes and it works so much better, thank you!
I blew a tire on the Pacific Electric Trail. Thank God I was close enough to Marks bicycle shop. Mark and his wife helped me out tremendously. They were so nice. Mark and his crew knocked it out same day in less than an hour. And I was back on the trail. The thing I really appreciated was Mark gave me some solid advice on how to take care and maintain my tires. I recommend Mark's bicycle shop to anyone and everyone.
