Loved the owners recommendation to avoid getting any flats. It was clear that he was focused on helping me find a solution and not trying to sell me on a different costly alternative. I took my 2 e-bikes kept me updated and made sure they were safe and ready to be taken out for the weekend as he knew I was going to use them in OC.
