Went above and beyond to repair a wonky wheelchair wheel- excellent service!!!
I’ve been to several bike shops to fix various things on my kids bikes and Mark’s shop was such a great experience I had to write a review. I like to work on the bikes with my son. I’m a novice so the bikes aren’t perfect but it’s fun for us. Other shops have been rude or condescending or short with me. Mark was so helpful and patient I ended up getting everything he suggested which I never do. I’m a pretty hard sell. Lol. I didn’t feel like I was getting sold.
