We loss our mother to nursing home negligence in July of 2022. The past 2 years have been very tough but Jacques Balette and Juliette Balette Symons were there every step of the way , keeping us updated on every detail. If we had questions they were just a phone call and email away. Marks Balette Young & Moss are very GOOD at what they do. Thankyou you very much for helping my family get justice for our Mother.
My mom was placed in a nursing home 4 years ago. She originally fell at home and broke her right hip. She also suffered from dementia. My mom was a very loving sweet person. She loved everyone. When u place your love ones in these facilities you expect them to take care of them but I was wrong. My mom had a rough time being in a home. Good fortune led me to Brent Moss when my Daughter was bitten by a Doberman Pinscher a few years ago. It was very devastating as my Daughter was four years old at the time.
