We loss our mother to nursing home negligence in July of 2022. The past 2 years have been very tough but Jacques Balette and Juliette Balette Symons were there every step of the way , keeping us updated on every detail. My mom was placed in a nursing home 4 years ago. She originally fell at home and broke her right hip. She also suffered from dementia. My mom was a very loving sweet person. She loved everyone.
