Highly recommend! Everyone I spoke with was so nice, honest and personable from start to finish. The repairs were done very quickly and my car is running so smoothly (and quietly) now. I’ve never felt better about a mechanic experience and I won’t go anywhere else. Thanks again :)
If you're looking for an honest technician that will charge you a reasonable rate, I'd look elsewhere. Got a $160 labor charge for changing an air filter. Would have changed it myself, but thought I could trust a business to do the right thing. Won't be back.
I woke up to a flat tire with a nail in it. Not a fun thing to wake up to. I called Mark’s and they told me to come on over first thing. They took my car in right away, plugged the hole, and was in and out in 15 minutes. They have the best customer service I’ve ever encountered at an auto shop - Gale at the front desk is so sweet! I will be only using Mark’s auto shop moving forward. I highly recommend them to anyone!
They run a great business. Gail, Mark and their team are lovely, honest, trustworthy and supportive people. I would recommend their work to everyone.
