I just pick my car up from Mark’s Automotive and I was very pleased. My battery was dead and I thought it was my alternator and my power steering pump went out(I thought). When they called me to tell me what was truly wrong with my car I found out it was just my battery not being tired down properly and a hose that came off my power steering. They could have easily charged me for alternator replacement or power steering pump but they didn’t. They will be getting my business from now on. Thanks for being honest.

We were in Nashville with the birth of our fourth grandson. We took our son’s 2015 Tahoe in thinking it needed an alternator. The service was amazing, great honest people. It turns out it was a problem from a previous repair shop. Helped our family during a stressful time. Thankful for good honest folks.

I'm so glad I found this place. These people are great! I managed to get my AC fixed by dropping off my car before they opened and picking it up after hours with no problems. I highly recommend them. I talked to Jessica who was like an old friend also to Mark. Very impressed with Mark's Automotive!
Mark’s is AWESOME. I have had to get my a/c and my blower fixed there and last week when they were really busy they worked my car into getting the oil changed. They do great work and very accommodating!!
