I brought my 2013 BMW X5 to Mark's European for an oil pan gasket and engine mounts. About a month after I picked the vehicle up, the outer tie rod separated from the front right wheel while I was driving. I towed it back to them myself. The self-locking nut that holds that joint was gone. That oil pan job requires dropping the front subframe and taking the front end apart and undoing that tie rod nut is normally part of that procedure.
