Please be aware that this shop runs under new management and has NOTHING to do with Mark and Mark's automotive we knew and used. Tim is apparently the new guy and experience has been horrible. They're using Mark's good name to lure you in, then it starts downhill from there. Lies, not meeting agreed schedule, changing of unnecessary parts boosting the cost, NOT standing behind work that has been done, more lies and excuses.
