This man took the time to call me and help me trouble shoot a problem over the phone. I could not get my car started. He went above and beyond, so helpful. I really appreciate it.

I have taken my car here one time to have a starter put in, and in my opinion, I was charged way over what I should have been. I haven't been back for years. As expected the kind of response should tell you why I haven't been back. If I have a problem with a business I don't return. There are other ways to show you aren't happy other than argue about things and I'm sure you would have. There are many people that have masters degrees and certifications, that doesn't mean others have to pay for their education!
