Update on my review: Friday August 1,2025. I still have not gotten a call back or a voicemail in regards to my car situation. It's been about a week since I wrote my review. We are still having the same problems with the car. My wife took my car to marks auto in Woodstock due to my check engine light being on and needing repairs to pass emission. Very disappointed, I took my car in after the “check engine” light came on, they diagnosed that I needed to replace the water pump assembly. After several hundred dollars, I receive the “repaired” car and the check engine light comes back on with the same fault. To my surprise, their response is that they would have to replace the pump assembly, that they had only changed the water pump and that I have to pay again for parts and labor. If I could zero I would. They had my car initially to do a timing chain which turned into a motor replacement that took 6 months. Countless wrong parts were received delaying the job at least 5 times. Jump to today. I had my whole front replaced to find the harness for my magnetic suspension cut and spliced because the ripped it out. My transfer case brackets completely hanging with no bolts in it. And my lower control arm rear bushings were hand tight. This shop bites off more than they can chew don’t go here
