The last honest mechanic on Long Island. I've been taking my vehicles here for over 4 years and have never had any problems. Prices are great, they're always straightforward, and they keep you well informed throughout any work they're doing. The one time when I had a question about some work done on my truck, Mark didn’t just brush it off, he personally took the time to address all of my concerns. Mark's truly stands behind their work.
Last week, I stopped in with a flat tire. Steve greeted me promptly and was polite, friendly, and professional. He got me in and out in what seemed like no time. I asked him about my tires, and he is highly knowledgeable! He explained my questions, gave me peace of mind, and provided me with a detailed estimate for the future—he really impressed me! I will recommend Mark’s Auto to anyone who needs an honest mechanic, and I will definitely tell them to see Steve!
If i could give them 10 stars, I'd give them 11. These guys were incredible from start to finish. Being new to the area and not the biggest car guy I took a chance and brught my car in. Steve helped me out right away and was in constant communication about everything going on, what price options I had for all the work I needed done. BEWARE of this SCAMMER!!! Purchased a used work van unfortunately shortly after I needed a transmission. Which is where all my problems started, when I trusted Mark’s Auto Repair with my vehicle. This shop replaced the transmission and 7 months later my van is down again, unfortunately brought it back there to be told it’s the transmission again!
