He came quick; he had an a rude demeanor towards my mom. She had just had foot surgery and had waited on AAA to send her a tow truck for 7 hours. An awesome Pierce county deputy asssisted us. Mr. Mark told my mother, upon arrival with an unprofessional tone: "I need $125 cash."..After explaining she would need to go to an ATM because she doesn't carry cash in high amounts like that, he then proceeded to say "If your not at your house with the money in time, i'm gonna LEAVE and take your car to my shop!" .My husband and child... read more

I perceived Mark’s Auto & Collision as a wholesome, small town business that took care of their work with pride, but unfortunately this was not entirely the case. It’s best to start with the positives of working with Mark’s, and the reasons that they are receiving two stars instead of one.
