Reliable My family for generations has taken their vehicles to Mark's Auto. You can almost always count on the familiar voice of Alan when you need something routine or when stressed about a problem you need fixed with your car. I think they do great work and I have never heard anyone having a problem with them. Where is the customer service? I called Mark's because of the reviews I read here. I was calling around on estimates for a rear main seal job-which IS a big job-which is why I was calling for estimates. First I had to wait quite a while on hold to talk to "Alan", then he flat out said he couldn't spend that time on a car repair. Thanks for calling bu bye! Not even a referral. I have lived here 5 years now and Sloane Nissan beats these guys all to hell. Guess where I'm going.
The best!!! My family has been going to Mark's ever since I can remember and no one has ever had a problem. They are friendly, honest, and extremely helpful. I have also know a couple of people who have also taken their cars there...one in particular who owned a corvette and wouldn't take it anywhere else.
wiper change I had a few problems with my windsheild wipers and they just broke down on a rainy day. I was closest to Marks and quickly visited them for repairs. They did a wonderful job and replaced the wipers in less than half hour and I was on my way. I would recommend them because of their fast service. PROS: Fast service CONS: none
