Great service, mechanics are very knowledgeable of their jobs.
Absolutely AWFUL business etiquette!!! Took my truck in to get my mudd tires off and road tires put on. Appointment was for 1:30 and was told to bring in early, in hopes they could get it done quicker. Called at 4:30, (closes 5) was told I would get a return call. At 5:45 I called back and not one person had any idea if or what was done to my truck. I immediately went to get it!! Not one single apology!!! Not even good customer service. beware of this place. Been going there for about 5 years at least to find things missing in my carssuch as change. Last visit was a nightmare, while they did efficiently get us off the road with a broken down vehicle the repairs went on for over 6 weeks with a vehicle that came back with my car having stuff missing in it, and not running after going to another mechanic to find he was using knock off replacement parts that are epa non complaint.
