I have been RVing for 18+ years. I have purchased three other RVs/travel trailers, some at dealerships and some through private party, prior to my latest purchase with Mark. Mark's Auto and RV was hands down my best experience. Mark was friendly yet professional and is trustworthy. Mark was always available and willing to take time to answer my questions. Whatever he said he would do, he did. I got a great trailer at a great price and I enjoyed working with Mark and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Don't bother with this place the sales guy Jonathan knows nothing about customer service and keeping appointments. I called to take a look at a travel trailer and it tells me to give him a call the next day so he can meet me, so I call him and he tells me someone else is coming there to look at it on my time slot and to reschedule, or that he'll call me back in a few hours if it doesn't sell. Mark and Jon are wonderful and have been easy to work with. I purchased a vehicle back in 2010 from them and am in contact now to purchase a Camper Trailer. Can not imagine how they would be anything but top notch at communication and customer service. I recommend them to anyone who wants an honest business when it comes to selling cars and RV's.
