Posting on Behalf of my Friend. Very prompt, quick diagnostic and repair. Easy to talk to and work with. Even let me take his cyber truck for a ride, and change my view on them:
Mark diagnosed my vehicle and repaired it for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend as he stands by his work.
After two failed attempts and $700 wasted, I won’t be making the long drive back out to have Mark try fix my Mazda’s AC again. I’m not convinced any diagnostic work was actually done, just a couple recharges a few parts thrown at it. Do not recommend.
Beware of this "business"! The owner rarely replies to texts, and then cancelled an appointment at the last minute without explanation. Wish I'd read his poor reviews before waiting so long for the appointment that he did not keep. Upon booking an appointment with a more reliable business in Edmonton, they too were aware of Mark's track record.
Mark was delayed by a day but his work was good and my bill was what he quoted.
