Diagnosed with an alternator replacement and then got an invoice for 400 to get that fixed I agreed went to pay they still said total was 400 and my card gets charged for 533 I call to see what the reason was for and they said they added a tensioner pulley without telling me and gave me the wrong invoice and there’s nothing they can do this is what happens when you have mechanics doing book work

Brought my vehicle in for low oil pressure. They had it for a number of days, in total. Now my traction control shuts off randomly while I'm driving, my amplifier has no power, and my oil pressure hovers around 20psi. They never fixed the issue, just created new ones. I've paid them $2,369.14. My patience is wearing thin.
Stopped by the shop to inquire about getting a side repaired on a 2001 Dodge pickup. The staff was very friendly, and listened carefully to the details on the issue going on. They were efficient at being able to check it out, set up a time to look at it and within 30 minutes of the appointment they called me with the issue. They had to order a part, kept the vehicle over night and by early afternoon were finished with it. The price was under $200.
