Out of 6 appliance place's i called Mark's is the only one that called back asap and did a great job reasonably price very satisfied and i recommend Mark's definitely
I do NOT RECOMMEND this company..harvey fixed my oven (house got hit by lightning)..had to send away for part to be repaired..estimated 1 week..ALMOST 6 WEEKS LATER he finally came out to finish the job..would not even consider a discount for my wasted time..his prices are quite high and it seems like he did not value me as a customer..i noticed I'm Not the 1st person to have similar concerns..there are far more professional and reasonably priced companies in this field..AVOID MARKS APPLIANCE (harvey is the son and now owner... read more
This is the second time we've used Mark's Appliance Repair and we couldn't have been happier. Same day service, very fast, and very affordable. Harvey fixed a broken belt on our Samsung dryer faster than a pit crew changes tires. It would have taken me hours just to get all the screws out of the darn thing! If you have an appliance that needs repair, do yourself a favor and call these guys. Fast, affordable, professional, and honest.
Charged $75.00 for a 3-5 min service call for the technician to push the button on my dryer and tell me that my motor was bad. Will never use or recommend this company. Rip off and waste of money.
