Great service..He was referred to me and was at my door within 15 minutes. My washer had a lid lock issue which he detected immediately..Ordered the part..Repaired the next day..He was prompt..professional and gave me time to clean around my washer area...Gave me tips how to conserve energy when using my washer..Actually things I was not aware of..I an very impressed with his service.. He is very neat..organized and knowledgeable..I highly recommend his services if you have an appliance issue. Thank you Mark.
Hate to leave a negative review, This man is very rude to women! We will not be using his services. :( This man's response will continue to show what a rude person he is. If he did in fact record a conversation, he needs to legally notify that you are being recorded. We will report him as well.
I hate to say negative things about anyone. But I feel people, especially ladies, need to know what I experienced with this individual. I will begin with the positive. Mark did fix my dryer. He was on time and neat. He got right to the problem and repaired it very quickly. I feel his pricing is fair and I was happy to pay him for the work. Sadly he was very disrespectful to me arguing about how many elbow pipes were on my PVC pipe that leads the lint from the dryer out to the vent.
