Dropped by the shop to get a tyre leak checked, and I must say, Roy and his team were amazing people! They handled my vehicle with great care and professionalism. They removed the wheel, showed me exactly where the leak was, explained the issue, ensuring the wheel nuts were properly torqued and recommended suitable solutions. Though i'm not their paying customer yet, but will definitely let them sort all my tyre/wheel needs moving forward.
Have been here 4 times now and have always had a lovely experience! Great customer service too.
The gentlemen at Marks and Wallings are true professionals. They are very quick, efficient , no beating around the bush and very cost effective. Highly recommended . Louis and the team .
Been a long time customer of this place for my old and new cars and they always have offered an exceptional customer service, and best price and quality of tyres in the market, not to say that they are also a very honest business. If you’re looking out for a trusted tyre replacement service please go out and checked this place. Thanks Mark and Wallings team!
Steve, Daniel and Nathan are a pleasure to deal with They rotated tyres on one of our cars and were not at all pushy trying to upsell you. That is refreshing in itself A few weeks later our other car needed new tyres, they were responsive on their SMS / text chat with recommendations and reasonable pricing. They were fantastic to deal with even if I didn't pick their recommendation I was in and out in less than an hour with new tyres and a wheel alignment If you want a place that cares about you then look no further
