An absolutely perfect experience! My Lexus had ongoing issues with steering misalignment and drifting even after three or four wheel alignments at other places. However, the staff here patiently listened to my concerns and sensations, then performed a thorough wheel alignment and provided a detailed report with feedback. Even after that, I still felt a slight pull while driving, and when I returned to the store, the staff warmly welcomed me back and kindly made further adjustments free of charge. Amazing service. Called at 12, and they fit me in at 3. When I dropped car off they got straight to work on it. Even with complications it was still done by 4. Staff were friendly and great, very knowledgeable and didn't treat me like an idiot. I will be back.
