A very no bullshit experience both times I've had tyres done. Refreshing.
Had such a great experience at Marks and Wallings Tyres West Ryde, especially with Daniel Krekelberg. Called on a Saturday morning and booked in for Monday as it wasn’t urgent, which was really easy to organise. When I came in, everything was completed within about 35 minutes, super efficient! Went in needing new tyres and had a slow leak from previous gutter damage. Daniel was really helpful, explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I’ve been going here for years 3 / 4 cars later. These guys blow me away on their attention to customer service. The big bad corporate world could learn a thing or two about their awesome customer service and customer satisfaction awareness.
The team are absolute legends and have helped me with both work vehicles and personal cars. Steve and Daniel in the office are exceptional and will assist anyone in need. The team outside pump out the work and wont leave you hanging around. Great team here, will continue to come back.
