I recently had the pleasure of working with Service Consultants Casey Stanton and Randy Jones. Randy actually got behind the wheel and took the time to explain and demonstrate the options and functions of all those confusing icons! At Markquart Toyota, all of the employees I've interacted with have been friendly and helpful.
Overall decent experience. I went in for a 50k service. I was greeted immediately and kept in the loop throughout the service. Super friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is that I was told on the phone when I booked the appt, as well as onsite that it would only take an hour, and it ended up taking at least 2 hours. So setting realistic expectations would be much appreciated in the future so that I can plan accordingly (I had planned to wait there instead of line up a ride since it was only to take an hour).They als... read more
