We purchased a new camper one year ago come back this year to upgrade and they offered us a third of what we paid for it and wanted 20000 down on a 33000 camper said ours wasn't worth much that's odd they told us it would be for a couple of years if we wanted to upgrade and it was cleaner now than when we bought it.so I guess once you buy there you mean nothing to them they made us feel like trash this time.a very expensive lesson learned.
Our service tech, Jeff, was THE BEST! He went over every feature of our camper, stopping often to see if we had questions, and explained how everything worked. We could not have asked for a better experience... keep up the great work!
