My contact at New Generation RV is personally insulted that I have hired a professional inspector to thoroughly inspect the 2018 camper I have purchased before taking possession of it. He also implied that he would not be able to have power or water connected during the inspection. I bought the unit sight unseen since Iive 300 miles away. Foolish me.
In May 2019 my wife and I purchased a brand new 28rkss Puma Travel Trailer. From the very first week, we had warranty issues with the rig. The refrigerator quit within 2 weeks of bringing the rig home. Various and sundry “little things” like a doorknob cracked, staples poking out, interior trim falling off, etc. Flame roll out on the hot water heater. (All not unusual to us as veteran campers).
