We bought a new camper last year from here. The service has been awesome. Heather in parts is very helpful and friendly to deal with. Bought rvs from other places prior to this and this place hits it out of the park with sales and service. Thank you.
My contact at New Generation RV is personally insulted that I have hired a professional inspector to thoroughly inspect the 2018 camper I have purchased before taking possession of it. He also implied that he would not be able to have power or water connected during the inspection. I bought the unit sight unseen since Iive 300 miles away. Foolish me.
In May 2019 my wife and I purchased a brand new 28rkss Puma Travel Trailer. From the very first week, we had warranty issues with the rig. The refrigerator quit within 2 weeks of bringing the rig home. Various and sundry “little things” like a doorknob cracked, staples poking out, interior trim falling off, etc. Flame roll out on the hot water heater. (All not unusual to us as veteran campers).
