Easy and convenient service
I brought my truck in because the backup camera needed a good cleaning (it was blurry due to the condensation), I specifically told them that all it needed was a good cleaning. The screen would occasionally go black but that was not an issue to me. Well, my truck sat there for a week and it was not fixed. I was told my extended warranty did not cover fully for a replacement of the camera and I needed to pay 400+ dollars out of pocket so I told them I would not replace it.
