I took my 2011 jeep compass in to get a wheel alight, due to poor traction control in snow. I was told that they successfully did an alignment on all four of my tires, but after that they found three of my four lower control arms, one front two rear, were shifting during driving. I was traveling through Menomonie and my car battery died. After calling several places, Markquart was able to get me in right away so I could get back on the road. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Thanks for making a not so fun experience pleasant!
AVOID THESE HORRENDOUS BUSINESS AND PEOPLE!! God Awful Service Department and Repair Shop!! These criminal crooks steals money from UW - Stout college students only to give them more issues with their vehicles. I went in to get my water pump replaced after my truck smoked on me on Hwy 12. Big mistake going here as I had nothing positive but issues with Markquart. They did the repairs and about 3 weeks later, my truck suddenly stalled on I-94 in Eau Claire because their mechanic at this place purposely unscrewed a gas line lo... read more
There are supposed to be 8 bolts holding the skid plate under my truck. After the highly skilled mechanics at Markquart got done changing my oil, I'm left with 4. Absolutely pathetic.
It don't get any better than this!!!
