The "touchless" car wash touched and damaged my vehicle. Although their website talks about trust, family, community, etc. their response was that I need to file a claim with my insurance and let my insurance pursue the carwash. This means I have to pay my deductible and hope it gets resolved months later. Very disappointing to have to jump through hoops, put a claim on my insurance, do all the work, and hope the business is responsible.
Did not work. Took my card told me to drive in and nothing
Tried to use both vacuums but neither of them worked after money was put in.
I was in at the Harding Ave location for happy hour two dollar off car washes, and I was charged full price, $8, for the intern wash (their website mentions this!). It then proceeded to attempt to use bristles on my brand new 2025 car (website says auto touchless for other location, does NOT say touch was for this location; so double incorrect). My car is always left clean and anytime I see their staff there, they are so nice and helpful!
