Paid for a car wash the door never opened. Trying to get a hold of someone is difficult.
After reading all the negative reviews on this place, I decided to give it a shot anyway. The negative reviews exist for a reason. After paying the $12 for a wash & pulling into the bay, an employee walked up & informed me the wash wasn’t working. Told me to pull back around that he’d fix it & I’d get a free wash, despite me already paying. Pulled around & waited behind 2 vehicles, only to get back to mine & was told the wash broke again & to contact the company for a refund. Waste of time. Waste of money. Pulled up tonight paided the 14.00 cash just to sit there for 25mins and the door not open.screen just kept flashing "wash in use please wait". Red x on door flashing. I finally got out and looked closer and there was no car in the wash bay!!! Hint the cancel and refund button nothing happened. No number posted on building either. Not very happy
I went to your car wash yesterday and it was not working I paid $12 for a car wash and it told me to wait for the car that was getting a car wash which there was no car in the car wash at the time so I waited patiently and nothing ever happened when I tried to get a refund on the money console and kept pressing it it would not refund my money.
Paid for the $14 ultimate car wash, the back of my vehicle was left streaked and not clean. If the rear end was cleaned I would have left a higher review.
