Paid 14: dollars went out did one row of soap then just stopped can't get a hold of customer service
Worthless waste of money and never was reimbursed WITH PROOF of credit card instead of only cash. Said they were making it right and mailing a check... months ago.
I went to get my car washed at 6pm but was not able. After I paid for my wash, the door to the wash would not open. There is no number listed to call after hours for issues. I emailed the company to request a refund, crickets. I then called and spoke with someone who told me they would mail me a refund but it never arrived. Shady.
Tried using car wash, paid 12 dollars to sit here for 20 minutes. Nobody in the wash bay, doors shut and not opening after paying. At this point i dont want a car wash, id just like a refund :(
