They literally lied they did a very, very poor job on putting my stuff back together.
Markquart body shop did a fantastic job on my car repairs. They were prompt and very good at communicating where the process was at.
Quality and service was great a couple years ago. Tried getting some work done but evidently Eric the body shop manager doesn't return phone calls. Let message during business hours too! Go elsewhere..
Truck looks as good as new! Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist in any way they can.
First of all the work they did was mind blowing good, considering the damage we did to the car. I loved the constant text updates on the progress of my car and the fact that they gave us a loaner car at no cost was the cherry on the cake. The only downside to my experience was when it came time to pay I was planning on using a credit card but for some reason this place is one of those "we will add 3% on if you use anything other than cash/debit".
