Their website clearly states you can drive into one of their estimating bays for them to look over your vehicle. When I called, the lady asked for my insurance, and after I told her I only had liability and didn’t have collision coverage, she said, “they like to keep their people busy,” instead of offering an estimate. Completely misleading and unprofessional. I went to another reputable repair shop afterward, and they gladly looked at my vehicle and provided a free estimate, no questions asked.
