No star for this company, customer service is lacking professionalism , when I call I can never get in touch with the lawyer, not only that but he get names & (Files) mixed up and not sure who he is talking to on the phone. when I did get through to him and I tried asking about my case he got mad because he was giving me wrong information and I tried confronting him about his mistakes he got rude and hung up on me so I redial the number and got his receptionist and he told her to set an appointment, I did set the appointment... read more
