I would never take the time to write a bad review for anyone, but this needs to be out there. I paid for a consultation with the expert Mrs. Markou and her firm and had my visit to the consulate which was a bust. I emailed them politely about my disappointment and the response I received from her secretary and from her were completely out of line, unprofessional and disgraceful .
