The staff was incredibly helpful (especially Derek) in getting me into a new vehicle after my wife was in a terrible accident. I’m so grateful for his professionalism and attention to detail and I would recommend anyone get their next vehicle at Markosian.
I see all these bad reviews and to be completely honest, I don't understand why! I have had my loan for almost 2 years and they have been amazing! I have made my payments every month so if I do need them to push a payment out, they do. I didn't have the greatest credit when I got my car but I had 2 jobs. So they gave me a car. I only had to put $300 down. The only reason they only got a 4 star is because I had to wait 3 weeks after my temp tag was expired to get my plates. Otherwise it would be a 5 star.
