I see all these bad reviews and to be completely honest, I don't understand why! I have had my loan for almost 2 years and they have been amazing! I have made my payments every month so if I do need them to push a payment out, they do. I didn't have the greatest credit when I got my car but I had 2 jobs. So they gave me a car. I only had to put $300 down. The only reason they only got a 4 star is because I had to wait 3 weeks after my temp tag was expired to get my plates. Otherwise it would be a 5 star. Derek long was a great help. Made the process feel easy and painless i think he cared weather or not i got into a good car or not he wasnt just worried about making the sale he made sure i was happy with what i got and great at explaining all the benefits that come with having a car from them. I’ve been dealing with Markosian to get a vehicle in taylorsville was treated poorly by a salesman at Taylorrsvillie location I then reached out to Tooele and Derik long did amazing and helped me get in to a vehicle and even held the vehicle until I could get there from out of state I will definitely be purchasing from Tooele in the future thanks Derek long vehicle had bald tires I was told by grant to bring vehicle back and they would put new tires the service department at Toelle is an absolute joke they went behind grants... read more
