We went several weeks before the appointment on 6/30, we were told by a store manager or owner reputation is everything. However, my son was specific on his needs. Turn signals, headlights and wipers. One faulty wire and $4.79 in shop supplies cost him $501.00 an extra trip to Handy bank to get $100 cash required for a loaner car and a day and a half without his vehicle. My son and I took his jeep in yesterday at the scheduled appointment time of 2pm. They were supposed to diagnose why the turn signals and headlights weren't working since Smittys Shop replaced the switch. They were also given permission to assess why the wipers weren't working. They did nothing yesterday and it's our only transportation. They gave us a small loaner car but we had to go yesterday and get them $100 cash and leave the jeep overnight. Brandon was amazing to work with and made everything so easy for us while finding our Chevrolet Traverse. He was helpful, patient, and really took the stress out of the whole process.
