The service team was great, I highly recommend Markos & Sons for septic system service. The team was prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. I don not know a lot about how the system works so I had a lot of questions and they took the time to explain things. I’d also like to give props for the fact that one team member was clearly newer and still learning. They worked well together and the more experienced team member was doing a great job sharing knowledge and work.
I'm in disbelief that I'm even writing this review. Our experience with this company has been extremely frustrating and difficult for no good reason. We set up an appt on 7/21/26 to pump our septic. They got to our property and said the ground is “too hard” without really trying to do anything. They then left and said they would come back a week later, on 7/28/26. We gave them permission to do so. My husband came home from work and dug it up in less than an hour, no issue, no watering the ground, so we are confused as to why... read more
This is an AMAZING company. The whole process from start to finish was so smooth and easy. Absolutely amazing communication and the price was right. Ross and Paul came to our house to clean our tanks, and they were both the nicest guys we have ever met. They took the time to explain things to us as first time homeowners who had lots of questions. Both so happy and seemed like they really like what they do. We couldn’t have had a better experience and we can’t wait to use them again! You won’t be disappointed!
He crossed the back of property so our lawn would not be damaged. Excavated the parking area, took dirt to other side of lawn that had big dip, put stone in, leveled, picked up any stone on grass, raked lawn and left the property in pristine condition. We highly recommend Markos & Sons
