Had the pulled pork, mac n cheese. Pulled pork has a very nice smoke flavor and aroma. Definitely recommend, and will be back. If you visit, the inside is pretty cool looking too.
Stopped in for lunch had the beef burnt ends and smoked chicken wings, melt in your mouth and fall off the bone. Coleslaw, beans, potato salad, everything was awesome and fresh. Cornbread was dry. Great atmosphere and excellent service.
This was my first time trying Marko's Smoking BBQ, and it was absolutely worth the drive to Collins! We catered a BBQ lunch for about 70 people, and everything was a huge success. I picked up the pulled pork and pulled chicken the day before, then simply warmed it up on the day of the party. It couldn't have been easier. Had the brisket chili first, some of the best chili around. My wife had a ham and cheese with brisket sandwich, brisket was so tender and their house bbq sauce was an excellent compliment to the sandwich. I had a pork belly sandwich which was also very good.
