I have been coming here since it opened, fantastic service, food was always great... Then the staff changed, the service became obligatory and un - personal. Staff is not trained to the menu. I ordered a "grilled ham and cheese with Dijon on a baget " a menu item. What I got wat two pieces of (overcooked ) toast and microwaved ham and cheese with yellow mustard. Best cawfee in town, period. UNREAL quality. (And I’m a self proclaimed NY cawfee snob!) ..My go to latte here is their iced raspberry mocha Nutella with oat milk, and their home made strawberry crème on top. (Whoa!)
Great food, friendly service. Plus they have entertainment on some nights including OpenMic night!
