I never leave reviews, but I had to after my visit. It was my first and last time I’ll be coming to see Dr. Markman. I came in to discuss my PCOS and was met with a nurse with attitude who complained about her coworker. Markman then burst into the room and had the worst bedside manner ever. Do not meet this woman if you have any sort of health anxiety or an anxiety disorder like I do. She was rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot. Completely rushed. Did not explain all the results of testing and yelled at me when I tried to explain mitigating factors that affected my treatmentp
Dr. Markman has the worst bedside manner I have ever encountered in my entire existence. She fails to notify patients of severe side effects from medication, has a snappy rude attitude when you ask her questions. Dr. Markman and your front office staff are incredibly incompetent and rude.
Dr. Markman bedside manners were impeccable. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring.
Dr. Markman has been a lifesaver for me. I have Addison’s Disease and most doctors don’t understand it as it is a very complicated and rare disease that can be life threatening without the right treatment. I don’t know what I would do without Dr. Markman. She has gone out of her way to help guide me time and time again. I can not thank her enough for her help this past year. There are no words for my appreciation
She was wonderful. I selected her after researching a number a number of endocrinologists. Most of my appointments were zoom (not my favorite), but I found her to listen closely and respond to my concerns, willing to search for better solutions, and very concerned about her patients vs the organization. I was sorry she left Optum but understood the situation and only wish her new office weren't so many miles away. If you get her for your doctor, you are very lucky!
She is very accommodating, has great bedside manner and is really easy to talk to. She also responds VERY fast using the my chart medical system.
I waited a long time to get an appointment with Dr. Markman and she was well worth the wait!!!!
